The main body is SS and the jet assembly is manufactured from AI/SS.
These diffusion pumps can achieve better vacuum with DC704 oil.
Can take more thermal shocks from air exposure. Offer higher pumping speeds, low back streaming characteristics, low ultimate pressure and long term reliability.
Pumping Size: from 3” size to 20” size.
